bampot
- An idiot, fool, or sometimes a nutcase. This is often shortened to bam, and any eccentric named Thomas risks being dubbed "Tam the Bam".
heidbanger
- Sometimes shortened to header, this is a popular term for someone considered crazy, especially if dangerous. I assume it derives from the idea of a violent lunatic banging his head on a wall. This usage predates the contemporary alternative meaning of a heavy-metal enthusiast.
doobie
- A fool or idiot.
